Highway of Lost Hearts is hitting the road!

Our 2021 production of Mary Anne Butler’s iconic play Highway of Lost Hearts is headed on tour throughout NSW from May 16 and June 15.

A woman. A dog. A campervan. And 4,500kms of wide-open road. An allegory for a country that’s lost its heart this play is half gritty road journey, half magic realism and all heart. We’re reuniting once again with theatrical powerhouse Kate Smith, and joined once more by Central West icons Smith & Jones and their beautiful original live music crafted for this work.

Across seven venues in both regional and metro NSW, we’ll be hitting the bitumen on our own road trip to share the work with audiences far and wide. We can’t wait to meet our new mates across the state!

Big thanks to our co-producing partner Arts On Tour, and our others partners Arts OutWest and BMEC, all the collaborating venues, and to CreateNSW for supporting this tour through Regional Touring funding.

It’s been one helluva start to the year! After the smash hit sellout success of 2023 – FAST CARS returns!

It was a gas to reboot this cracker of a show at Bathurst Memorial Entertainment Centre as part of Bathurst SuperFest, a 10-day event featuring the Repco Bathurst 12 Hour and the Thrifty Bathurst 500, as well as a week-long program of community events.

Who ever said sport and art don’t dance? Well dance we did. Locals flocked along to the theatre – some who saw us first time round.d and had to see it again, side by side with race fans and FAST CARS virgins.

We were tickled pink to land this fab review in our national Arts rag – Arts Hub. Have a read!
