Yoga

I started practising in 1998 because I was depressed and angry.

I started with one class a week. Slowly it transformed my life.

I began menstruating properly, stopped smoking, regularly writing myself off and making poor relationship choices.

I flourished, from the inside out. Yoga is the anchor in my rich, creative life.

“Kate first taught me yoga when we were both pregnant. What can I say, she is an incredible and intuitively intelligent woman and my brewing baby and I benefited no end. She lets you explore your yoga whilst lending gentle and pertinent guidance on that journey. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the wider philosophy of yoga. Oh, and she chooses some fabulous playlists to get your salute on to!”

Sophie, Poet, PhD

“I recommend Kate to my clients needing to stretch out all the time ! She is a brilliant instructress who will work with her client rather than making them pose”

Thomas Hueruch, Masseuse

“Kate is the worlds greatest yoga teacher. Inspirational, empathetic, kind and caring soul xxx highly recommended!”

Rebecca Thompson, Teacher

“I joined in a class this morning and it was fantastic. Slowed my practice down, made me focus on posture and depth and slow the mind. Kate helped me manoeuvre my body to get the best out of each pose”

Jess, Condobolin
